Inman: First-timers worry about jobs and credit 3/27/09 --- A new survey of 1,000 prospective first-time home buyers who said they were likely to buy a home in the next two years, found that 42% said they would be comfortable buying a home in current market, but 48% waiting for prices to go down further.
