Welcome to the Southwest Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® (SWLAAOR) where it is our goal to connect the various communities of Los Angeles County --- African American, Latino, Asian, business and academic. It is our hope that these individuals from different walks of life can share openly their ideas and expressions in Real Estate development that will impact  unity in our communities.


Accomplishments 

• SWLAAOR has increased membership by 38% over the past 5 years.
• SWLAAOR's office staff automated the data collection services.
• SWLAAOR increased community housing sales over 25% within the past 5 years.
• SWLAAOR has helped realtors stay in compliance with the new California legislation.
• SWLAAOR was instrumental in decreasing predatory lending by 18% in Los Angeles County.
• SWLAAOR helped decrease Reverse Mortgage fraud practices by 43%.
• Many SWLAAOR members of the Board of Directors volunteered their time, money and homes to assist those who were displaced by Hurricanes Katrina, Wilma and Rita,
• SWLAAOR increased realtor alliances with Spanish and Asian realtors by hosting community fund raisers that acknowledged our multicultural realtors.
• SWLAAOR partnered with local colleges to provide Realtor and Broker CEU Credits and Training.

SWLAAOR Meetings

• Officers and Members meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 8:30 a.m.
• Board of Directors meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 10:30 a.m.
